Welcome! Glad you’re here. =)

Please read the following information carefully:

All New Physiotherapy Clients:

Begin by booking an Initial Consultation. In addition, please book out four Follow Up Sessions spaced 2 weeks apart. This will reserve your preferred treatment times as the calendar can fill quickly. Session spacing can be adjusted once your recommended care plan is discussed. Sessions can also be cancelled if they are not required.

  • The Mama’s Physio accepts perinatal clients only - ie. actively trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or postpartum within 4 years of giving birth.

  • Initial Consultations may be completed in person or virtually. For simplicity, the selection below reflects an in person consultation. Just email if you want to switch to virtual.

  • Most sessions are offered Mon-Thurs, and on some Fridays. Before booking, please ensure your schedule aligns with this availability. Limited weekend appointments can be arranged for an additional fee.

New Bodywork Clients: Book your 90-minute Bodywork for Birth & Breech session below. It’s recommended to book in sooner rather than later, around 32-34 weeks, and to make every effort to attend with your partner. If you can’t find a spot in the calendar, please text to discuss options.

Current Clients:

  • Book a Follow Up Session or your Postnatal Pelvic Health Check Up using the appropriate selections below.

  • Email or text to book additional offerings (eg. home or virtual visits during weeks 0-4 postpartum, 1:1 childbirth ed with your partner, etc).

For Health Coaching: Schedule your first session here.

For Mentorship: Schedule a time to consult here.
